Bring your own plan or have us design your kitchen for you. We work closely with our clients to define the layout and design elements of your space. We use innovative planning tools to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetics. We will create an initial draft for your project and review the design with you. In the process we collaborate on revisions and finalize your project design.

Estimate for Labor & Materials

Finalize the scope of work and receive a detailed estimate for labor and materials for your project.  Once your IKEA kitchen design is finalized and you approve our estimate for demo, installation, or other services in your project, you can secure your install date. Pay a deposit to secure your installation date. We regularly schedule work, especially kitchen remodeling projects, several months in advance of the work start date.

IKEA Ordering & Management Service

You can choose to place the IKEA cabinet and door order yourself. We also offer an ordering management service that gives us full control to manage your entire IKEA order, inventory, and replacements. We simply charge 10% of the IKEA cabinet and door order.

IKEA Order Management Service includes:

• Review and create your shopping list. We will review your IKEA order for completeness and remove any unnecessary items from the design. You can choose which optional items to include such as glass drawer sides, push openers, or dividers and organizers.
• Order your IKEA cabinets, doors, and appliances. The project manager will place the order for you and provide you with confirmation.
• Schedule home delivery day & time. We will set up all deliveries at dates and times that are convenient for you. Attended deliveries can be arranged upon request.
• Inventory delivery after arrival. Our team will unpack and inventory all parts. We will note any missing or damaged items.
• Request, order or pick up any damaged or missing parts. The project manager will request replacements for any missing or damaged parts and arrange pick up or delivery.

Tailored Construction Plan and Schedule

Your construction plan will be specific to your project design and layout. We will walk you through the construction process, what to expect, and answer any questions you have about going through your renovation. Remember to clear the work area! Pack away your belongings from the work area to protect them from dust or damage. We will discuss with you how we will access your space, storage considerations, and what to expect.
